Awareness on Social Anxiety

Sometimes it takes only a sentence or two to get a person on the other side of anxiety. Living with an anxiety, is like being followed by a voice. It knows all your insecurities and uses them against you.... getting to a point where it's the loudest voice in the room which you can only hear.

You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.

Smile, breathe, and go slowly........
