I lied and said I was busy. I was busy not in a way most people understand. I was busy taking deeper breaths, I was busy silencing irrational thoughts, busy calming racing heart. I was busy telling myself, I have the most important world within self which needs attention. Sometimes this is my busy way.....and I will not apologise for it! #Peace#Shanti

Every emotions or thoughts that are not allowed to flow through you, becomes an energy blockage that can shut you down. It's necessary to let go emotions, simply for the reason that they are heavy. Most importantly, letting go negative emotions isn't a one time thing, it's something you have to do it everyday, over and over again to give yourself freedom from emotional burden and keep your emotional hygiene well.
